Is it normal that i feel contantly stressed?
So I just stress about everything i feel anxious almost always about everything such stupid things i dont think i have anxiety tho i donr think its that severe. I donr know if i should go see a psychologist or no... Therapy is expensive and idk if i even have any mental problems in the first place or if im making this up.
(Also i feel useless and worthless and annoying and i think i was never meant to be alive in the first place and should kill myself but that doesnt matter now im asking about that stress)
Let me guys know what you think about me and even your own story or experience if you want to. I mean im not forcing you i just meant that i would be glad if you do. Thank you.
