Is it normal that i feel bad when i do nothing all day?
When I have a day off from work, I try to find at least one productive thing to do. If I don't have any errands to run or any friends to hang out with, I'll do something like organize my room or do some cleaning or take a walk.
If I don't do anything and just sit around and play videogames or whatever, I get this bad feeling in my gut. Like I had burned a day away and it had no meaning. I don't take life extremely seriously, but when it comes to my days, I try to make the best out of each one and do at least one productive/meaningful thing.
Is this normal? i tell people about this and they don't understand why I can't enjoy a day watching Netflix unless I do something else.
