You turned him off and scared him away. He's just someone you're crushing on and not even your boyfriend, yet you try to control him in a passive aggressive manner by telling him about your best girlfriend, and expecting him to leave her alone.
He probably liked her better than he liked you. Sad, but possibly true. I dunno what you said to your best friend, but it must have been something heavy to make her cry. She sounds like a nice girl though.
It's possible that I turned him off and scared him away after I told him that. But after he kissed her he kept on trying to get me to go home with him, the same night. And yes, I find that disgusting and I like to speak my mind about something like that.
You're probably right that he likes her better now, as he is constantly trying to contact her. But then again, my best friend cried because she kissed the same guy as me, not because I said something mean about it to her. If anything I tried to comfort her, so our friendship is fine. Thank you for the advice though.
