The United States government, either federal, state, or local, should reinstate discriminatory laws that restrict the actions and participation in society of people of or descended from a tribe of Africa, similar to the laws passed by many southern states after the United States Civil War and continuing until the 1960's, popularly called "Jim Crow" laws after a song-and-dance caricature of blacks performed by white actor Thomas D. Rice, because a woman who is a member of or has descended from said tribe or tribes performed unpleasing oral sex onto my penis and the level of satisfaction I gained was on the lowest tier of all possible sensual reactions.
