I'm like this at work. It's because my mom always use to yell when I did something 'wrong' (the wrong way in her eyes, she has OCD) so I always need to get permission or I ask how to do something even when I already know how to do it. When I don't I get extremely anxious and I feel like I'm about to get yelled at. I feel like someone is watching me and waiting for me to screw up so they can yell a me.
