I am pretty sure that what your brother may be experiencing is genetic sexual attraction. It's very common among adoptees and their birth family. It happens in about 50% of reunions. I know that you guys are not adopted but it still has the same effect since you guys did not grow up together he didn't get to bond with you like normal siblings bond with each other when they live together. I think you should talk to him about his feelings and let him know you still care about him even though he feels that way and that you will always be there for him but never in that way.
