As disturbing (really REALLY disturbing) as that is, you could always try role-playing with your girlfriend, when and if you have one. Some women would be willing to role-play a rape scene, so long as you have a safe word, and ASK HER PERMISSION.
Aside from that, you should really see someone, a psychiatrist at least. Having those sorts of sadistic thoughts pretty much proves that you're a psychopath. And it's really a horrible thing how so many women get raped these days, and their rapist blames them by saying something like "well you dressed provocatively" or "she had it coming because she wouldn't pay attention to me".
