I don't think it's as bad as you think. First of all your not blood related- it's not incest, and if she's attractive, it's natural. Second of all, I think it's more to do with your trauma at the situation. Maybe your not really sure who of your relationship anymore and in your shock you don't know how to think. Just remember that she's still your mom and you'll very quickly stop
