As someone who also has to deal with family members with mental problems, I'd say it's actually normal you feel this way. Sure, it's not their fault they have the disorder, but it's not mine or yours we hand to get landed with them for a brother/sister/mother/father/etc.
My mother and brother both have autism and honestly it's annoying as shit. My mum really fucked me up when I was a kid because of her negligence (though she didn't even realise it and can't understand it even if you tell her) and my brother would always throw fits because his world was centered around himself and he was so damn sensitive about it.
