My boyfriend doesn't buy me things either, but neither of us have jobs and are so short on money. I think it's incredibly selfish for you to be expecting him to buy you things. Women/girls like you make us nice girls look bad too. See, everyone things girls are psycho because they want gifts and stuff and are really needy. I'm not in my relationship for the money or gifts, because a relationship is more than that. It shouldn't bother you not getting gifts or money or whatever, especially if you love him. :(
