Is it normal that i envy people who are in a relationship?

Lately, I've been feeling envious of people who are in a relationship after dealing with a breakup I had months ago. I've been trying to get over her and be single for a while.

My coping is going to a park throwing pebbles and sticks at a lake to deal with these feelings.

What if this starts turning me into some loser incel?

And as time goes by I start being jealous of everyone who still has a relationship I can never get one that will stay long like other people.

I feel like jealously is my answer.

I want help......

I suggest you start reading some books on relationships and their issues. That will help you sort though things.

Go improve yourself instead of focusing so hard on relationships and being jealous. Take more hobbies, find ways to make more money, workout, look more presentable, etc. Less people care to talk to you if your shy and closed off. Believe it or not but other things like getting your shit together can be more important than the next partner. Your self worth needs to be higher

    • ive started a hobby and had started to exercise, one month after making this post i started to care more whats more important in life my career.

after exercising i started to think less of relationships because to me relationships can come much much later in life.

You're not really missing out on much, at least judging by the questions that are asked on this site. If this site's at all representative of the average person, then there's no less than a 100% chance that being in a relationship simply means that you're with someone who's cheating on you, hates you, both, or stays with you for personal convenience but they actually don't care at all about you

Go to some bars and be social. Get a dog or something.

Well try never having a relationship ever and see how much you hate couples then. I loathe them with a passion, especially young couples. I wish I could throw stones and rocks at THEM.
