I wouldve been mortified if it were me, mentioning it wouldn't make me feel any better. My boyfriend has said he wouldn't mind if I did, he understands its an involuntary action, and it wouldn't bother him if it happened one day. He doesn't have a fetish as far as I know (aha, I considered if you were him writing this, but I haven't thrown up on my guy. Aha), but he has no problem with it. It'd be very much a turn off for me though.
