Well, i can only comment from my perspective. Me and my girl are very sexually active, and often, either of us will also masturbate. While often that can lead to more, or we take "over" for each other, sometimes it's also nice to just watch. In that case, we often take a turn...first i watch her, then she watches me...or the other way round ;)
It's all good and fun. Even when i'm ill and definitely not interested in doing something sexual, i still enjoy watching her get off by herself. I suppose it's natural.

well, i'm in my mid-20's, my girl is 21. we are both sexually quite active and very open about it. at home i'm basically nude most of the time(because i prefer that to being clothed, not out of a sexual reason), and we have a kind of agreement that if either of us "feels" like sexing, we just start solo, and the other can join in.
