The one I love the most is tuna sushi. It feels fun to make it from scratch, making it with fresh nori, some rice and some tuna all rolled up.

I quite often make tuna sushi for lunch or dinner since they are rather simple. This is a random unpopular opinion, but I think sushi is better without soy sauce.
True I eat it without soy sauce, I eat it with pickled ginger.
Is it normal that I eat sushi with chopsticks?
