Is it normal that i eat scabs from my scalp?

So...I've been doing this ever since, I was a little girl, and honestly I think it tastes so good! But I'm afraid to actually tell someone that I like this, I don't want them to judge me. So I'm asking the internet...this is probably not gonna help. I don't know what it does, but the taste is just so satisfying. I especially love the after taste. Is this normal?
