Is it normal that i eat every seven to eight hours?

I am on a fixed income, which comes to me every month. I can't afford healthy foods, and what food I have I have to make it last. If I could afford more, I could probably eat more. At present, I eat two big meals, one at eight in the morning, and another at round four or five. Then I eat a snack. I've had to deal with excessive hunger and weight gain.

I'm not a dietitian but this is how I eat. Big breakfast, smaller lunch, little dinner. You start your day with lots of energy, refuel in the middle to keep going, then go to bed with just enough to keep you till breakfast. Also breakfast food is cheaper than most dinner foods.

You need to look into cheap and healthy recipes. Buying cheap crap is easy. Buying cheap stuff that's healthy takes some work. Are you willing to do some work for your well-being?

Well, I was dealing with something else, and I found myself eating two big meals on average.
