I should probably mention that I cook around 80% of my meals and I do not like sweets(all of my sugar intake comes from either coffee or alcoholic beverages). I do eat lots of carbs though, generally rice or pasta at least once per day with lots of veggies, salads, nuts and cheese. Meat and fish less often, around 2-4 times a week. I think my diet is balanced enough tbh, the problem is how often I eat, not how much. There was a time when I could go entire days without eating anything at all, now I start craving things after two hours at most.
