I goes theres not much in harm on what ur doing, it doesnt seem ur abusing the alcohol. But as for someone who lost somebody close i do URGE you to talk about those sad feelings when they do come up with someone. Please take this from someone who kept everything in when my bro died and i later got PTSD. Learn from my mistakes.
