    Hmm, well I get indecisive, but I always choose a movie eventually. I don't know, I don't see good film as a waste of time and never could.

    If a good book isn't a waste of time, and it generally takes longer to read a book than watch a movie, then how could a movie be a waste of time?

    And I don't know what kind of stuff you like, but you said animated movies with messages. Soooo lemme rattle off some suggestions. Only half of these are animated, Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly are rotoscoped.

    Waking Life
    I <3 Huckabees
    Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
    A Scanner Darkly
    Idiocracy (really funny too)
    The Invention of Lying
    Animal Farm ;P
    The Dark Crystal
    The Last Unicorn (soo dorky but somehow so good)

      I'm kind of surprised that someone here mentioned The Dark Crystal. Well, I second the recommendation. Pretty cool stuff.

      I seem to dislike most movies, but I keep on watching them. TV, on the other hand, I can definitely do without.

          im just about to do it .... i like that baby kind of character in it... i saw a trailer long ago then didnt got its name finally i have found it.....

      Those are the movies that my husband loves the most from his movie collection. I could not watch The Last Unicorn.

        I love the Last Unicorn!

        I think The Dark Crystal is a masterpiece like Labyrinth and I haven't seen the others you mentioned.
