Most people seem to be born with social instincts.
People with Asperger's do not naturally have these instincts. Some can be learned, but are still difficult.
For example I can make eye contact because I know it is socially acceptable, but I have to think about it.
Other things like reading facial expressions can still be challenging. I have looked at lots of things online to help get them, but everyone's face is different, so it is challenging to always interpret what others are feeling and it's even harder when I cannot empathize with their reasoning.
It's not quite a disability, but is different abilities. Most people with Asperger's excel at something but have a lot of difficulty understanding others.
I've talked to a lot of people in the autism community and can see where some people may think some are faking it.
There is always someone to intentionally fake anything, but I think many of the "self diagnosed" people aren't quite faking it, but have misdiagnosed themselves and actually have something else like social anxiety or a personality disorder.
With actual aspergers, there are neurological impairments such as sensory distortions and impaired non-verbal communication due to not recognizing body language.
IIN that I dont have a sex life?

You didn't get the gist of my post.
Most or a large % of people with ass-burgers are faking.
