Is it normal that i dont always get an orgasm when i have sex?

Everytime i have sex with my boyfriend, i try so hard to get an orgasm but i cant. Even if its been like an hour or two i cant get an orgasm so i just get off. Also i used to get so turned on when he would rub my breast but not anymore? I dont know what's wrong?

    Sometimes it just doesn't happen. I'm a guy and at one point thought my sex life was over because I just couldn't keep it up. It turned out to be a couple of other physical problems causing it that once straightened out solved the problem. It seems that now I can go forever. The problem now is that it is harder to orgasm and sometimes it goes long enough so that my wife is raw.
