Sounds to me like you have already made up your mind and just not paying attention to what you have decided. Sounds like you are not intersted in the hassle of attempting to collect the debt he owes you and that you still are hurt by his actions. The fact that you dyed your hair and you don't want him to see you says you still have feelings for him, otherwise you just wouldn't give a damn how you looked. Time heals all wounds even the ones we keep throwing salt on. Eventually the hurt and pain subsides and we are able to better handle certain situations. Perhaps if you really need or want the money you could designate a neutral ground. Send him and email or a text asking for it. Give him an address (doesn't have to be yours, just someone you trust) and ask him to purchase a money order or cashiers check and have him mail it to you. Best of wishes.
