Normal to fear that. What so often happens is people get partners and especially if youre single you'll never see them again. So many of my (former) friends now have partners, spouses etc, I almost never or never see them at all now.
There's one friend who I occasionally see, but no matter what, he always has his partner with him. Sometimes I'd rather just hang out with him, but no... his partner is always there joined at the hip listening in to our boys only conversations.
Is it normal that I don't want my best friend in a relationship?
