If you are a healthy, well adjusted male,of course you want sex, kisses, intimacy with somebody you have a crush on. That's exactly what a crush is.
I think you should plan a campaign for getting her as your girlfriend. Bring her flowers and see how she reacts. If her eyes light up and you get a big smile, you're half way there. It's the little things, like saying how nice she looks, things that will and allow you to gauge her response. If positive, pursue her, ask her out and do fun things together. Things out of the ordinary, like the zoo, or a hike, or even skating or bowling. There's nothing better than having your best friend also be your lover.
