Its normal, but that doesn't necessarily make it right.
No offense, but I think you need to educate yourself on the History of what happens when people don't vote - also research the lifestyle of countries that have no right to vote - if it is anarchy that you seek.... perhaps move to a country that celebrates that type of lifestyle; there are many countries out there, you don't need to stick to comfy first world countries.

haha, yes I like to remind people once and a while that other countries that celebrate lifestyles that they may prefer are available.
