Since sex is mainly for procreation. I don't think pre-marital sex is necessarily "bad" but teen sex isn't really a good thing either. Even with birth control, condoms, etc. there is always the chance of pregnancy, not to mention STDs. Often, younger people aren't ready to fully accept the consequences if something goes wrong. Waiting for marriage is one thing, but since people are getting married later and later now, I can see how it can be impractical, but I definitely think that some people do it before they are ready.
