I agree with Steph, you are a beautiful person. However, you should try to overcome this, as I have. Its a beautiful thing to be able to tell someone how you feel about them (be conservative at first, dont pleadge your love to your boss), when they return the feelings, it can really bring a deep closeness.
I am a truck driver, and have a couple of guys that we actually tell each other that we love each other from time to time (not gay, justr friends for 20+ years). It seems weird at first, but its good to know who your true friends are. i wish you the best.
