What don't you like? Some people can't kiss for beens and others well... Hummm! If you really like someone, try to teach them by doing to them what you like or telling them what you like. Sometimes, though, I've met a guy I really like but his kisses sucked and also met guys I didn't like so much but kiss them anyway and they were awesome! Go figure. Figure out what you like and you'll did it. How old are you? You seem pretty young. Not that you should get out there and kiss everyone who wants to kiss you but experience is the best teacher. Good luck and don't give up the pucker-up!
