I understand...well only in my limited way. I smoked for five years straight, from 1 a day to maybe 5 a day...then all of a sudden years went by and I smoked a 30 pack in a day or just over. I quit for six months because I started to have health anxiety over it. My anxiety and panic attacks were strong enough to make me quit. Every time I lit up and puffed away I would enter a serious panic. However I took the habit back up again for a few more months, not sure how long. Been quitting again now for the last month or more, however I cave here and there and have a single drag here and there. I hate smoking it's disgusting, you can feel how bad it is. Yet at the same time, I love it. I hope I continue to quit [properly] for the rest of my life.
Is it normal that i don't like smoking?
