I'd say join the military. Your rack will be solitary - no way around that if you're living in barracks or in berthing (depending on which service you join). BUT... on the plus side, you'll have lots of roommates.
When I was in the Navy ... on my last ship we had maybe 200 people in one berthing. So you may sleep alone but you'll always have someone there.
And I do admit it was weird when I left and was by myself without the sounds of others around. So sometimes I went to sleep listening to a police scanner or second life voice chat.
