I don't think you're being a bigot or automatically a "homophobe", unless you're like explicitly against gay rights, which it doesn't sound like. And I am gay myself saying this, it is what it is I'm not walking around with a black and white "you're with us or against us" mentality.
This might just be the toupee fallacy though. Gays you "see" are obviously going to be loud, feminine and/or rambunctious and just doing the most. That's why you notice them. You're not going to notice a gay man who just acts like a regular dude, yknow not tongue popping and screaming "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSS!!! WORK MAWMA!" at every inappropriate moment.
(There's a place for that campness I'm not gonna lie but, walking into the office on a Monday morning? Not it).
