I was going to ask are you somehow afraid because of negative past experiences but nevermind! Many people I know will not go swimming because they see it as a waste of time, however there are a lot of physical and mental benefits of swimming :) you could look them up if you want :) for example it increase joint movement and relaxes them as when you swim there is less pressure on your joints than say doing weights!:) hopefully you can learn to appreciate a good swim in time and if your mind is still telling you that swimming is a thing not to do then that's not a problem, can you swim? If not I'd advise you to learn also, I self taught myself to swim, well tread water and swim further, but I know that at least I'm safe if I fall into a river or lake etc or at least safer :) good luck :)
Is it normal that I don't like going swimming to lakes, seas, etc?
