i think you're in denial and you're in a way scared to gain some weight since you stated you are already in shape... maybe you feel like if you eat it's a way of you letting yourself go? im pretty sure there is a deeper meaning to this.

I need to eat certain amount of foods to support my health and muscle strength. If I don't, I'll gain fat.
I'm trying to find a dish that's easy to cook, fast, healthy, and delicious. but really there isn't any. I'm still trying though.
