I went to a majority black school as well so I know what you mean about them picking on whites and being racist. I used to be fairly liberal as well so I felt immensely guilty and "racist" for being leery around blacks after that. But i find it truly is just American blacks who are like this for the most part (and not all of them of course, but a good majority of the ones around here). Blacks from other countries tend to be more kind in my experience.
Not just whites. Other black people as well. I'm black and most of my bullies were black people too. Not so much the males but the females for me. But I think a lot of black females have self esteem issues that they like to take out on others.
That's true now that I think of it, other black people would get bullied for "acting white" or some stupid nonsense like that. So basically just the ghetto-minded people would bully anyone who wasn't like them, regardless of race..
