Actually, Incite is a title, not a proper noun.

The word 'insight' (look at the spelling), is a noun, not a proper noun. A proper noun is usually capitalized.
The word 'incite', is a transitive verb.
In spoken English, the latter (incite), is sometimes pronounced with greater stress on the second syllable.
