I think "love" is different for different people. I've seen couples who have been together for a week and claim their undying love for each other and I've seen couples who have been together for decades and haven't said "I love you" in years but you can tell by looking at them they exist fully for one and other and wouldn't cope without the other regardless of how dysfunctional they may seem.
There are people who will constantly express their love through flowers, chocolate, gifts, sacrificing lambs, etc. and others who will do it simply by holding someones hand or kissing them on the forehead.
You can't measure love and even if you don't think you feel it for your family members and friends it's probably deep down inside you and you would realise how strong it is if you ever lost one of them.
Is it normal that I don't know what love is?
