Elbow him in the face, maby that will get the message threw. Do it in class and tell him to stop infront of everyone, embarising him and getting him in trouble. Though, it's best to talk to teachers about this first (what others have advised). The elbow is for when all else fails. Aim for the nose, make it bleed!
