i would advise you to go to a school authority or your parents. at least the school can separate you two so that he doesn't get opportunities. they don't have to know the whole story, only that he touched you inappropriately in class. make sure they know it happened during class.
this really isn't a police matter, but depending where you live, the police may be willing to "have a talk with him".
be sure to always keep your friends close to you, and don't give him any opportunities to be alone with you. he is so aggressive sexually that he could pose a real threat.
and one more thing, never, and i mean never, go out with a boy that you don't feel right about.
