I'm the same. Ever since I graduated high school (which was two years ago), all of my so called 'friends' have been disappearing one right after another. The few that stayed betrayed me and disappointed me to the point where I don't even consider them friends anymore.
Making new friends is difficult for me too. I don't like most public places since none of that seems fun to me. Plus I have a slight fear of crowds. Then to actually start a conversation with a stranger... geez. I don't blame you and in my opinion you're completely normal.
