You just haven't met a good kisser. Making out can be a huge turn on if you're with a guy who's a good kisser, I used to think the same way and then I met my boyfriend (now ex), and he had never kissed anyone before me so I basically taught him everything and he became an awesome kisser.
Its only nice with someone you truly care about. If you do it with guys that you don't have that strong of a connection with..., after you do it, an uneasy feeling takes over.
