Is it normal that I don't feel like myself and that I'm afraid of it?

  • It's something most people occasionally feel. If it's something that bothers you an excessive amount or for an excessive amount of time you should consider talking to a professional.

    Some things that you should consider are:
    Are you getting enough sleep?
    Are you eating enough different kinds of foods?
    Are you under a lot of stress or have anxiety?
    These things can be the cause, but if none of them seem like they are the problem, or you have tried fixing these things and nothing gets better, talk to a therapist. It sounds like a form of OCD to me, but I am no professional.
