This. When you are depressed you simply don't have the energy to fight back and work hard. Hard work is in fact yet another aggression that makes you want to run for the hills and die. It's even worse if you are socially anxious and work involves dealing with workaholic doers and other bullies.
Is it normal that I don't feel empathy for people with "issues"?
