Normal for a lot of possibilities: have not met the right guy (or girl?), asexuality, everyone has different turn-ons and kissing isn't yours.
Storytime! I got kissed once and I felt nothing because: he wasn't the right guy, turns out I'm a lesbian anyway, turns out I'm asexual, maybe kissing isn't my thing.
So there you have it. Normality. Sure kissing is hailed as wonderful in our society, but it's really not for everyone. Being in the minority does not make you abnormal :)
