You do not have to sterilize yourself to not get pregnant.
Use a condom or birth controls.
They exist so that women does not have to get a unwanted pregnancy or go get an abortion or morning after pill.
Also it is perfectly fine to not be pregnant now, later or ever.
If that is what you want.
You can adopt or help with parenting in other ways if that is what you want, as well.
