  • I agree with @Nikkyz, but in addition why dont you try this.
    As soon as you wake up dont get out of the bed just lie there and think about what you can remember, or you can write it down or say it out loud. Usually we forget our dreams in the first 10mins of waking up unless you vocalize it (saying it out loud) or think about it. Trust me this will work continue it, it gets better with practice. -Goodluck!
