  • I feel the same as you and I know a couple of people who also have this mentality. Although, bottling your feelings is never good for your health. Try to find someone to talk to, because I guarantee you that opening up your feelings to someone you trust is way better than stomach osiers. Better yet, if you want, try making a blog, as a place to express all that is troubling you, that way you can let your emotions out and people will listen, but you'll have the anonymity at your side.
