the only time i usually eat is when i'm forced to by my parents or when it hurts a lot not to. also, i think i'm fat but everyone around me says i'm not... am i anorexic?? i'm getting worried

    You shouldnt eat unless youre hungry.
    Easy question, are you fat?
    Female, if your waist is bigger then your breasts or hips.
    Male, if you cant stand against a wall look straight down and see your junk.
    Are you anorexic?

    If it hurts to not eat, then you do get hungry. It sounds to me like you just have really slow metabolism. (meaning you dijest food really slowly) Also, I'd guess that, if everyone you know says you're not fat, you're not fat.

      but i feel like i am. i don't ever really think "i want to put the food in my mouth", the bottom of my stomach just starts to feel heavy

        I think that feeling is a physical manifestation of an underlying psychological issue, possibly an eating disorder. Don't let it get a hold of you, you should talk to a doctor.

    Milk shake diet. Tastes great. No really chewing required.

    If you hate eating, eat dense foods when you do eat so they fuel you longer. Fatty meaty foods

    No. Not normal at all. I get hungry 2 hours after eating till it hurts.
