Is it normal that i do this with my tongue?

i dont know when it started, but i like...idk how to describe...put my tongue between my teeth like leaving a bit of the tip outside and just like let it get dry and after awhile i put it back in my mouth and it feels weird. i never thought much a bout it i just like doing it lol. is it normal?
