Is it normal that I do this in the shower when I don't feel well?

    I do something similar. When I'm feeling sick or sad about something, and I happen to be taking a shower while this feeling comes over me, I just sit down and cry. And you're right, it feels good having the water hit you.

        Thanks for having empathy. Even though I'm separated by a screen, reading some of your comments (as well as other peoples comments), really shows that you, and a lot of other people on this site, probably are really good hearted people.

          It was just the thought of you in the shower, crying. It made me want to give you a hug. And, yeah, screen/distance, etc., so I opted for long-distance empathy.

          You're right, there are good people on the site. I could name quite a few who have their heart in the right place. I've noticed your comments a few times now and know that you are one of them.
