If you like it that way then it's fine, but sometimes it is just a bad habit. Personally I have suffered from depression when going to bed at 6am and waking up at 4pm, for example. Having early mornings, early nights and normal eating habits can make you a lot happier.
Buuut right now I'm sleeping at 4pm and waking up at 1pm so I'm not the best example. :D
